Pricing questions
What does unlimited US/CA calling mean?
Calls to and from US and Canadian numbers are included in your plan. A fair use limit protects the service from abuse: 500 minutes and 1,000 texts per user each month on Starter, and 1,500 minutes and 1,500 texts on Pro and Scale. Most teams never reach it. If you do, extra minutes are $0.04 each and extra texts $0.025 each, paid from your wallet.
What is the wallet?
Your workspace has one prepaid wallet for anything outside your plan, such as extra numbers, international calls or extra AI receptionist minutes. You top it up when you want, starting at $20, and see every charge in your billing history. No surprise invoices.
Are prices per user?
Yes. Plans are priced per user per month and billed annually. Every user on the plan gets the plan features and the fair use allowance.
Do I need to register for business texting?
US carriers require businesses to register before sending texts from local numbers. CallRoute walks you through it inside the app and fills in the technical parts for you, so approval is fast and your messages are delivered.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply right away and downgrades apply at your next renewal.

Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
