Why teams choose CallRoute
Numbers you can read
Every plan lists its minutes and texts per user. Go past them and you pay a few cents per minute or text from a wallet you control, instead of relying on a fair use policy with no published limit.
AI answering by the minute
Business Plus includes 30 AI receptionist minutes per user, pooled across the team, then $0.25 per minute. No credit packs to buy, and callers go to voicemail if the wallet runs out.
Customers abroad
Add UK and Australian numbers to a US or Canadian account, call more than 70 countries from your wallet, and turn on live call translation in 33 languages.
WhatsApp in the same thread
On Business Plus, WhatsApp chats and calls on your numbers sit next to calls and texts, with no charge per message.
Departments for every office
Give each team a department admin, a main line that rings up to 10 people and its own wallet, on both plans.
Extensions built in
Give each teammate a short extension and let callers dial them from your menu. Useful the moment you have more than a few people.

CallRoute and Quo: common questions
Is OpenPhone the same as Quo?
Yes. OpenPhone renamed itself Quo in September 2025. It is the same company, product and accounts, and openphone.com now goes to quo.com.
Is Quo really unlimited?
Quo sells US and Canadian calling and texting as unlimited on every plan, under a fair use policy. That policy rules out cold calling, auto dialers and abnormally high volume, without a published number. CallRoute publishes the minutes and texts in each plan instead, and charges $0.04 per extra minute and $0.025 per extra text from your wallet.
Do Quo Business and CallRoute Business both include call recording?
Yes. Quo Business at $33 per user per month and CallRoute Business at $32 both include call recording and AI call summaries. On CallRoute, recordings come with a full AI transcript and action items, and are kept for 30 days. Business Plus at $49 adds 30 AI receptionist minutes per user, full analytics, the team inbox, WhatsApp and the API.
How much does CallRoute cost?
Business is $32 per user per month and Business Plus is $49, both billed monthly with a 7 day free trial. Each user includes a local or toll-free number, calling minutes and texts. Usage beyond the plan comes from a prepaid wallet, and large teams can ask for an Enterprise quote.
Can I keep my Quo or OpenPhone numbers?
Yes, US and Canadian local numbers can be moved to CallRoute for $5 per number, one time, refunded if the number does not arrive. Your numbers keep working on Quo until the move completes.
