Which plans include live call translation?

Does the customer know the call is translated?
Yes. When you turn it on, the customer hears a short notice in their language that the call is being translated live by AI.
Does it work on every call?
It works on connected calls to and from phone numbers. It is not available on WhatsApp calls, on calls between teammates, or after a call has been on hold or transferred.
