Slack
Post new texts and WhatsApp messages, missed calls, voicemails with their transcript, answered calls and AI call summaries to the Slack channels you pick, for every number or only some.
Reply from Slack
Teammates select Reply under a text in Slack and the answer goes out from CallRoute as them, matched by their email.
HubSpot
Log calls with the voicemail transcript and AI summary, and texts once per conversation per day, on the HubSpot contact. Copy your HubSpot contacts into CallRoute and add new callers to HubSpot.
GoHighLevel
Send your GoHighLevel texts from a CallRoute number, log calls and texts in the contact's conversation, copy your GoHighLevel contacts and add new callers.
REST API
Send texts, read conversations, calls, transcripts and AI summaries, and manage contacts with an API key you create on the Developers page. Keys can be read only.
Signed webhooks
Get message, call, voicemail and contact events at your own URL, signed so you can check they came from CallRoute, and retried for about two days if your server is down.
Test before you rely on it
Every Slack channel and webhook has Send test, and the Developers page lists each webhook delivery.
Included on Business Plus
Integrations, the API and webhooks are part of Business Plus at no extra charge. Texts sent through them count toward your plan like any other.

Which plan includes integrations?
Business Plus. Slack, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, the API and webhooks are all included. An owner or admin connects them from Integrations or Developers in the app.
Do edits in CallRoute sync back to HubSpot or GoHighLevel?
Contacts copy one way, from HubSpot or GoHighLevel into CallRoute. Calls and texts are logged on the contact in HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
Can I connect other tools?
Yes, through the API and webhooks. Any tool that can call a REST API or receive a webhook can work with CallRoute using an API key.
