Dialpad pricing explained: Connect, Sell, Support and AI agents

By the CallRoute team · · Updated

Dialpad publishes prices for most of what it sells, which makes it easier to compare than many providers. The catch is that the number you see depends on the plan, the billing term, the product and your seat count. This guide walks through all of it, then prices a team of 5 and a team of 20, with the same teams on other providers. Every price here is what Dialpad published on November 3, 2026, in US dollars. Prices change and vary by region, so check dialpad.com before you decide.

The yearly discount is large: about 44 percent on Standard and 29 percent on Pro. You pay for the year up front, so check the renewal terms. Every plan has a 14 day trial, and video meetings for up to 10 people are included.

What each plan limits

  • Standard is a full phone system with recording, AI and a multi level menu, but it is one office and three departments, with no integrations and no hold queues. Dialpad's plan table lists extensions on Enterprise.
  • Pro is where integrations, more departments and phone support start, with a three seat minimum. At $35 monthly it is the plan most growing teams compare.
  • Enterprise adds SSO and an SLA, and needs at least 100 users.

Sell and Support

Dialpad sells two more seat types on top of Connect. Both have a Premium tier that is sold yearly only.

Per user per monthEssentialsAdvancedPremium
Sell, billed yearly$39$59$79
Sell, billed monthly$49$70Yearly only
Support, billed yearly$89$119$149
Support, billed monthly$109$145Yearly only

Sell adds a power dialer, live coaching cards, local presence dialing, voicemail drop and scorecards. Support is a contact center with queues, chat, WhatsApp and email routing, and supervisor tools to listen in or take over a call.

Resolve AI agents

Resolve, formerly called Dialpad AI Agents, answers calls and chats and can take configured actions before handing off to a person. It costs $1.99 per voice conversation and $0.99 per digital conversation, from a prepaid pool of AI Agent Credits. Dialpad says a conversation is billable when the agent retrieves information or takes an action, and that you are not charged if no work is done. The size of the pool and any minimum are not published, and the product is set up through sales.

The extras

  • International calling at destination rates, with international texting on Pro and up.
  • Extra numbers, toll-free numbers, internet fax and conference room lines are add-ons. Dialpad does not list these prices on its main pricing page. Third party guides quote about $5 a month for an extra local number and about $15 for toll-free or international numbers, so confirm with Dialpad.
  • Carrier registration for texting from US local numbers, which every provider passes on in some form.
  • Sales tax and regulatory fees, depending on where your business is.

Worked example: 5 and 20 users

Software only, per month, before taxes and usage. The last row adds 100 AI answered calls of about two minutes each.

TeamStandard, monthly / yearlyPro, monthly / yearly
5 users$135 / $75$175 / $125
20 users$540 / $300, with 3 departments and 1 office$700 / $500
Add 100 AI answered callsUp to $199 on ResolveUp to $199 on Resolve

If you only need calling, texting, recording and AI summaries for a small office, Standard billed yearly is a very low price. Costs climb when you need Pro for integrations or more departments, and when AI agents answer a steady flow of calls.

The same teams on other providers

Here is the 5 person team on other providers, as published on November 3, 2026. Where a provider prices AI answering through sales or does not publish a total, we say so instead of guessing.

Read it honestly:

  • Dialpad Standard is the cheapest seat price here, monthly or yearly, and it includes recording and AI summaries. CallRoute Business is $5 more per user than Standard billed monthly, and has no yearly price.
  • Dialpad sells calling as unlimited. CallRoute publishes 200 minutes and 250 texts per user on Business, 400 and 450 on Business Plus, then $0.04 per minute and $0.025 per text. A very heavy caller can pay more on CallRoute.
  • AI answering is where the totals turn. Resolve is up to $1.99 per voice conversation. The CallRoute AI receptionist is $0.25 per minute, about $0.50 for a two minute call, with 30 minutes per user included on Business Plus. It takes messages rather than taking actions, which is part of why it costs less.
  • Plan limits matter as you grow. CallRoute has no seat minimum, and departments and extensions are on both plans. Integrations sit on Business Plus at $49, against Dialpad Pro at $35.
  • Texting registration on CallRoute is $79 one time, then $20 per month. Count it in your total.
